Teac Tom believes that mental health issues need to be spoken about openly and honestly and that there is no shame in seeking help. They provide a safe and nurturing space for people to get support for their mental health.

The open-door policy of Teac Tom allows services to be accessible to everyone in the community. As well as counselling for children, teenagers and adults, Teac Tom provides a 24-hour helpline, mental health awareness talks in schools and clubs and corporate days for those in the workplace.
